Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Liberia only, but we are planning to open our deliveries to Nigeria, Rwanda, Zimbabwe & Ethiopia by the end of 2025. What are the delivery timelines?

Once your prescription is validated, most of our deliveries happen within 10 days.  

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

You can track your order through a link that you will receive upon shipping.   If your order is delayed or lost, you can notify us through the contact form or the chat, and we will contact the carrier.   We don’t offer financial compensation in case of delayed order, but we will refund or replace any lost order.
